Not afraid of my BP2 anymore

I enjoy how you speak out about mental illness and make it more normal for other women to do so. How it shouldn’t be seen as a handicap, hindrance or any more stigmatized than it already is. It makes me want to be honest with friends and loved ones. With that said, I’d like to say that I was recently diagnosed with bipolar type 2 and started medication as well as counseling. My question is how do you capitalize and be successful while coping with hypomania?
Thank you

I channel my mania into my work. It usually makes me stay up for days working.
